About Page

I'm delighted to offer my experience as an unconventional coach supervisor.

Over the past 21 years and more I have explored various developmental and healing modalities. My way merges all that I have learned in service of you.

I create and hold the safe space where your personal discovery occurs, your growth is unblocked and entanglements unfurl as you step into your Freedom.

Our relationship and connection is key.

What we discover together can be joyful and uncomfortable. I never invite my clients into a space that I have not personally explored for myself. I do my personal work and healing, facing into those edges of Growth and Freedom.

In choosing to work with me you will experience being truly listened to. I tune into the said and the unsaid. I will invite you to listen to your whole system. Mind, body, emotion and soul.

I can sit in the silence and the discomfort, allowing you time to find your way and your words.

I love working with other coaches!

I have had the pleasure of recruiting and training coaches for a Global Coaching company and the part that gave

me most joy was connecting with the community. This led me to Supervision and Mentoring training.

That experience gave me the confidence to start my own business, Point of Light.

When you choose to join me for Group or 1-2-1 Supervision my intention is to create instant trust so that you can

explore your work in a non judgemental space.

My Supervision Style

My approach is informed by 21 years experience in the field of Coaching, Supervision, Mentoring, EFT, Team Coaching, the Leadership Development Framework and in the last 4 years, Creative Shamanism.

Beyond The Edges

In Beyond the Edges we will utilise the Leadership Development Framework as a way to map the Supervision territory. We explore not only where systems and resonance can play havoc with our Presence but also ancestral entanglements can play a part.

Growing Your Way

Growing Your Way is a place of self nurture. I understand that for many new coaches you are reaching to find your own approach as well as utilising your learnings and the theory of coaching. This Supervision group will allow space and reflection for whatever you need to become more settled in your coaching skin and Growing Your Way.
